Public website privacy
ORELAB is a product of Munshi Software Pty Ltd. This notice explains the limited data handling of the public ORELAB website and how to make a privacy request.
The public ORELAB website is designed as a static information site. It does not provide a public account, customer sign-in session, inquiry form, public-site database, browser analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, personalisation, or chat.
Customer application access and private client geological data are operated separately from this public website. Do not use the public website or ordinary email to send geological datasets, imagery, credentials, secrets, or production evidence.
Internet, DNS, certificate, and hosting infrastructure may process the limited connection and routing metadata needed to deliver and protect a public website. That infrastructure is kept separate from client application and geological-data boundaries.
For a privacy request, email privacy@orelab.com.au. Please include only the information reasonably necessary for the request and do not send passwords, credentials, or confidential geological material.
Munshi Software Pty Ltd operates the ORELAB public website. If the public website’s data-handling features change, this notice will be updated to explain what information is collected and how it is used.
